Creates MUCs with default configuration settings upon Prosody startup.
Under your MUC component, add a default_mucs
option with
the relevant settings.

With the plugin installer in Prosody 0.12 you can use:
sudo prosodyctl install --server=https://modules.prosody.im/rocks/ mod_muc_defaults
